We have a brand-new opportunity for an experienced External Account/Audit Manager to join our established Risk & Compliance team.
In the role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of audit and compliance review processes focused on our introducers and agents across the UK (Predominately North West & Midlands) You’ll be accountable for all audit activities, following our compliance-monitoring plan, including the design and development of the audit process, audit documentation, and reporting the audit findings back into the business.
You will be based in our head office site in Petersfield, Hampshire for 2-3 days per week. The remaining days you’ll be out and about representing Moneybarn across the UK, working with our third-party suppliers and ensuring that business relationships are maintained to the highest standards.
We’re looking for a natural leader with a proactive management style, who possesses a solution-focused approach to challenges, and is comfortable and ideally experienced working in a fast-moving FCA regulated environment. You will have significant face-to-face account management and/or supplier management experience, with the ability to build and implement a structured approach, but also able to be flexible and amend the plan if the situation demands it.
