We currently have a new opportunity for a Business Intelligence Developer with a “can do” attitude to join our friendly and talented Development team here at Moneybarn in Petersfield.

The BI and Database team’s core purpose is the development of new and existing business information systems, ensuring that the organisation has the appropriate data available to effectively run the business

As a BI developer, you will produce tools and reports in a timely, structured and quality manner, whilst focusing on maintaining and creating the business data systems within the organisation.

What you’ll be expected to do in the role
  • Provide reporting solutions using SSRS
  • Create T-SQL procedures
  • Design/Build/Test ETL solutions using SSIS (Extract Data, Transform & Load Data)
  • Extend SSIS functionality using C#
  • Translate Business Requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshooting – Performance, Debugging & Testing
  • Analyse data – Using SSIS or ad-hoc T-SQL scripts
  • Load / Extract Data for interface files (xml psv csv)
  • Build/Extend Data Warehousing solutions using Kimball methodology
  • Build/Extend SSAS solutions
What we’re looking for from you


  • Previous BI Developer experience
  • Degree educated in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience using SSRS, T-SQL and SSIS
  • Logical/Problem solving mindset
  • Self starter with a can do attitude


  • Experience in developing data systems in a regulated industry
  • SSAS
  • System architecture - DB and Server
  • Testing in BI Environment
  • Experienced in utilizing source control preferably GIT
  • DBA Experience
