Field Account Manager

We are now recruiting an experienced and driven Field Account Manager to build up a detailed knowledge of each account while developing our relationships with new and existing introducers across the UK.

Demonstrating a high level of motor sector awareness, the Field Account Manager will be an integral member of the sales team and will be responsible for identifying, assessing and on-boarding new business opportunities.

As a Field Account Manager, you will work from our Head Office in Petersfield for 1 day a week and the remaining days will see you representing Moneybarn across the Midlands and the North West; researching new business opportunities, building relationships and maintaining existing customers.

What you’ll be expected to do in the role;
  • Own Moneybarn relationship with our introducers
  • Be an ambassador for Moneybarn, able to deliver positive and challenging communications at all levels of the introducers business including board level
  • Be the key contact and first point of contact for the introducers, and where required at a case by case level
  • Build a positive relationship with the New Business Operations teams especially Deal Management to deliver consistent service to each introducer
  • Maintaining and updating administrative and reporting systems accurately
  • To manage a portfolio of introducers, ensuring they achieve their volume and performance potential
  • Complete regular account reviews and quarterly strategic reviews to deliver against your targets and build a partnership relationship with each introducer
  • Regularly updating senior managers of progress or areas of concern

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Effective timekeeping and time management
  • Passionate about working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to effectively manage long term strategic relationships with multiple contacts
  • Comfortable driving introducers to meet and exceed key performance indicators
  • Confident in strongly and constructively presenting Moneybarn’s point of view with introducers and the open market
  • A high level of gravitas and professionalism as an external representative of Moneybarn.
