Head of Marketing & Product Development

We’re now looking for a Head of Marketing & Product Development to join our team in Petersfield. We are seeking a creative, engaging and driven marketing professional, to play a key role in growing our product offering.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the overall marketing area, including digital, social, traditional marketing and PR. Your broad marketing skills will be in use every single day.

With an understanding of digital marketing, you will build and deliver on our digital strategy, driving the success of our direct to consumer proposition. Playing a key role in product design and implementation for the business, you will use your professional credibility and your fantastic influencing and negotiating skills, to work successfully with other functions and stakeholders, delivering a strong market proposition for both our introducers and our end customers.

Your previous project management experience will enable you to manage the delivery of key projects to hit your key objectives and the strategic goals of the business.

Whilst you will be confident leading a small and busy digital team of two, you will also thrive on working collaboratively, getting stuck in to all parts of the process and delivery. No task will be too small for you! You’re an individual who has recent hands on experience, delivering, as well as managing, the day to day tasks.

Comfortable working with the ambiguity that can arise in a fast growing business, you will instinctively know when the time is right to challenge the status quo. Above all, you are passionate about what you do and would be excited by the chance to make an impact in a growing business.

This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in leading the development of campaigns and strategies.

If you thrive in an environment that encourages a ‘can do’ hands on approach, whilst also maintaining the bigger picture view, and you are looking for a role within a growing and welcoming market leading business, this could be just the role for you.
