We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Sales & Marketing team, located in the heart of the South Downs National Park, in Petersfield. This is a brand-new position and you will join us at an exciting time, as we continue the growth of our product offerings. As such, we are seeking a creative, engaging, credible and driven professional.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the overall marketing area, including digital, social and traditional marketing and PR. We are in the process of creating a new brand persona for a new product launch where you will be responsible for the development and on-going story line of the persona through media channels.
With a strong understanding of digital marketing, you will work with the existing team, building and delivering on our digital strategy, driving the success of our direct to consumer proposition.
Playing a key role in product design and implementation for the business, you will use your fantastic influencing and negotiating skills to work successfully with other functions and stakeholders, delivering a strong market proposition for both our introducers and our end customers.
Your previous project management experience will enable you to manage the delivery of key projects to hit your key objectives and the strategic goals of the business.
Comfortable leading a digital team, you will also thrive on working collaboratively, getting stuck in to all parts of the process and delivery. No task will be too small for you. Previous experience in a Financial Services environment will be essential to your success.
