Due to our continued growth, we now have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Strategic Programme Delivery. You will join us at a pivotal time, as we build our delivery plans to enhance our status as the largest UK lender in the non-prime market.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will have the drive and commercial acumen to lead a team of over 20 Business Change and I.T professionals in the delivery of a portfolio of strategic change programmes. Your leadership, experience and background will be key to developing the strategic planning skills of your team at Moneybarn as well as building communities to share best practice within the wider Provident Financial Group.
Your mission will be to deliver a multi-year change agenda, aligned to the Moneybarn culture and growth trajectory. Your professional background and fantastic influencing and negotiating skills will allow you to confidently work with a team of executive directors. You will thrive on getting stuck in and working collaboratively with a values driven team. You will be comfortable working with the ambiguity that can arise in a fast growing business, but instinctively know when the time is right to challenge the status quo. Above all, you are passionate about delivering change and excited by the chance to make an impact in a growing business.
