HR Business Partner

We now have an opportunity in our busy HR team for an ambitious and commercially minded HR professional to make a real impact.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will work in partnership with the business areas to deliver value-add HR initiatives, strategic projects and to provide effective guidance and support, ensuring we maintain a highly engaged workforce.

The successful candidate will have worked as a Senior HR Advisor, Manager or Business Partner with a strong track record of HR delivery and career progression.

You’ll be brilliant at helping us to;
  • Ensure our managers have the right level of HR support at the right time
  • Ensure organisational change is planned and delivered in line with our business culture
  • Ensure our HR policies and procedures are best in class and effectively communicated to the business
  • Deliver on key HR projects and initiatives (e.g. our annual employee engagement survey)
Essential skills we’re looking for;
  • Strong ER experience
  • Ability produce and analyse HR management information
  • An excellent understanding of employment law
  • A creative and forward-thinking approach to HR
  • Confident in bringing a fresh perspective to the business and to offer constructive challenge to managers on both business and people plans
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Brilliant relationship builder
  • A strong desire to make a difference
Nice to have’s;
  • CIPD level 7 or equivalent experience
  • A passion for wellbeing in the workplace
  • Good understanding of employee engagement drivers and communications arising from employee surveys
