Internal Account Manager (non-sales)

An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Broker Support Executive with exceptional communication skills to join our busy Deal Management team.

What you'll be expected to do in the role

In this new role, you will be responsible for providing high quality support to our Brokers and Introducers by managing and resolving day- to- day issues via the telephone, email and occasional face-to face meetings.   Additionally, you will review customer affordability to ensure the correct (affordability) is provided to our brokers before an application is sent through to pay out.  Checking customer applications submitted via Moneybarn’s web-based application system, you will ensure all documentation is correct and in-line with policy rules and supports the underwriting decision.

What we’re looking for from you

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to create and develop strong internal and external professional relationships.  Managing a high volume of repetitive tasks, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy, you will be comfortable in your own decision making with the ability to work on your own initiative and within a team environment.
