Lead Deal Processor

We are Moneybarn, the UK’s largest specialist vehicle finance lender, and we are looking for a Lead Deal Processor to join our rapidly growing Deal Processing Team.

The Deal Processing Team review every finance application that is submitted via the Moneybarn website, checking that all documentation is correct and in line with policy rules. High levels of attention to detail and accuracy are vital at this crucial stage in the Customer journey; decisions need to be made quickly and precisely in this fast paced, targeted environment.

As Lead Deal Processor, you will lead by example and consistently deliver excellent service. You will step up in the absence of the Team Leader to help support and supervise your team of 12-15, keeping them focused and motivated to ensure targets are met and our customers are given the best possible experience.

You will have extensive data entry experience and be able to organise your own workload in a high paced environment, whilst your determination and self-motivation will encourage your team to achieve target goals.

What we’re looking for from you

Essential

  • Experience in leading / supervising a team, providing professional support and guidance
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks to a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be able to apply business rules and criteria with 100% consistency and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet critical deadlines and work to targets
  • Confidence in your own decision making, ensuring consistency
  • Excellent communication skills and PC literacy
  • Able to work under own initiative or in a team environment
  • Ability to work between 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday and Bank Holidays

Desirable

  • Previous experience in an FCA regulated environment
