Onboarding Administrator

Due to our ongoing success and continued growth, we have a brand new role for an experienced Administrator to support our New Business Team.

Using our bespoke in-house system, the Onboarding Administrator will be responsible for ensuring correct processes are followed, whilst completing application checks to determine our customer’s eligibility to enter into a vehicle finance agreement.

Highly organised, with a proven ability to multitask, you will also be involved in additional administration duties such working on VAT invoice queries, scanning and filing of documents, and other adhoc administrative tasks.

What you’ll be expected to do in the role
  • Understand the rules and regulations of the referral process
  • Deal with customers who are in difficult circumstances and deciding on which tier they fit into, using guidelines and following process
  • Liaise with the Deal Processing Department and Underwriting Team on a regular basis
  • Reviewing the credit searches from potential customers
  • Speak to potential customers to gather additional information
  • Working through an inbox where customers email address has bounced and we are required to send them manual information
What we’re looking for from you


  • Data entry and administration experience
  • The ability to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks with 100% consistency and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner
  • An understanding of the Data Protection Act
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm and every other Saturday 9am-5.30pm


  • Experience of working within an FCA regulated environment
  • Experience working to deadlines
