Receptionist

Could you see yourself as one of the faces of a fast paced, growing business? We are now looking for a welcoming and approachable Receptionist to join the Moneybarn Team. Located in the busy market town of Petersfield, this position will suit a confident individual looking to demonstrate their admin and people skills in their next brilliant role.

Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor this role will support a number of departments across the business. Being able to multitask under pressure, while maintaining a professional manner, will be an essential skill needed to carry out this role successfully. Evidencing your customer service skills, you’ll provide a high level of service and be the first point of contact for Moneybarn staff and visitors.

What you’ll be expected to do in the role
  • Meeting & Greeting visitors ensuring visitors book is signed in/Out (for Fire Warden purposes)
  • Managing access levels to the building- producing reports for IT security and HR
  • First point of contact for all staff, stock, parking and building issues
  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Providing a high level of customer service (both on the telephone and face to face)
  • Ensuring the reception area is always a safe and pleasant environment
  • Accept deliveries and ensure items are forwarded to relevant department and/or individual
  • Organising meeting rooms and ordering lunches for visitors
  • Responsible for issuing and monitoring the security passes for staff & visitors
  • Managing the preparation & dispatch of outgoing mail-packs
  • Managing technical support for various business needs
  • Ordering and keeping stock check of consumables
  • Opening and distributing incoming post in a timely manner
  • Logging Building Maintenance issues and engaging the right contractor to remedy
  • Updating Health and Safety records
