What do you love about working at Moneybarn
From my very first interview, I was struck by how generally friendly and customer-focused the Moneybarn team appeared to be.  From the moment I started in my role, it was very clear that everything I had observed in the interview process was absolutely embedded in the DNA of everything we do.  There is a genuine desire to help our customers and colleagues achieve a better road ahead.

What top tips can you offer on what it takes to be a part of Team Moneybarn?
Don’t accept the “status-quo”.  We should always be looking at the way we do things and challenging ourselves to think of ways to do things differently that could result in a better outcome for our customers.

What do you love about working at Moneybarn?
We really make a difference to our customers everyday lives for the better – whether its financing a car to take their kids to school or supporting them during times of financial crisis (divorce, bereavement, job loss etc).

Challenge yourself and your colleagues to do better every day – be pragmatic but don’t accept complacency. If you’re not happy or we are doing something wrong, tell us (in a constructive way) – there will probably be other people that feel the same.
