Moneybarn is proud to announce it has been awarded a Feefo Gold Service award. This is an individual seal of excellence which recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, rated by real customers.
Awarded by the ratings, reviews and customer analytics platform, Feefo, this badge of honour is based purely on interactions with verified customers.
The accolade is decided based on a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 5.0. This was more than matched by our services, as we received an average rating of 4.7 over the course of 2016.
During the 25 years Moneybarn has operated as a national business, we’ve had a firm focus on the changing needs of our customers. We have placed great focus on ensuring our products provide the best possible customer experience, so to receive the Gold Service award is hugely satisfying.
