You had previously told me you were going to collect my vehicle. Is that still happening?

Following termination of an agreement, we would normally arrange for collection of the vehicle within a relatively short timescale. However, because of the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19), vehicle collection services were delayed or even fully put on hold for a time.

With the Government now having confirmed a gradual relaxation of previous lockdown restrictions, things are beginning to get back to normal and vehicle collection activity can start up again in many cases.

If you’re in this situation, you should look out for communications from us confirming that we’re ready to collect the vehicle and how that will work, and/or to explore other options depending on your circumstances.

In the meantime, while you still have the vehicle please keep it taxed and insured, and well maintained, as per the terms and conditions of your finance agreement with us.
