You had previously contacted me to say that you were going to collect the vehicle following a Voluntary or Default termination but that hasn’t happened?

Following termination of an agreement, we would normally arrange inspection and collection of the vehicle. However, because of the current Government imposed lockdown, we are not able to collect vehicles until further notice.

We’ll contact you as soon as there are any developments in the Government’s stance, and we know that we’re able to resume our normal vehicle collection activity.

In the meantime, if you are this situation, please keep the vehicle taxed and insured. As stated in the terms and conditions of your finance agreement.
