Customer Service: If you are looking to speak to a member of our Customer Services Team then please call us on 0330 555 1230, or email us at customerservices@moneybarn.com.

My Moneybarn: You can send us a secure message via your My Moneybarn account. Alongside this, you can also request an Early Settlement Figure (ESF) with our built-in ESF feature; make a payment; find out when your next payment is due; change your Direct Debit payment date; and see your current balance.

Other: If you would like to speak to any of our other teams, including Direct Sales, Complaints or Recoveries then you can find their information on our contact us page.
