An opportunity has arisen to join the Moneybarn team as a Software Tester Team Leader. Technology and Change is a vital part of the Moneybarn business and has provided the platform for significant growth over the last 10 years. To support this continued growth, you will be able to effectively lead a test team of 4, consisting of manual and automated testers.
Reporting to the PMO Manager you will be accountable for maintaining and improving application and software release quality through testing activities and implementing a total quality approach throughout the software development cycle. Using your collaborative skills when working with other functions within the Scrum setting, you’ll enhance testing competency and support resource coordination by effectively delegating work to your team.
Your proven experience in a lead role will provide you with the tools to help progress your team members' careers through objective setting, performance and development management. Occasionally you may be required to support your team by picking up manual testing tasks.
If you have a strong background in testing and tool usage, with significant experience in Defect Management and associated processes then you could be exactly who we are looking for.
