How we operate

Our lending decision is based on how much an individual can reasonably afford to spend on finance each month, and this ensures that our customers are comfortable with their agreement.

We have an expert credit team committed to reviewing our products to make sure they meet the changing needs of our customers, and we make sure our customers can access reliable vehicles. We work with a large network of introducers, and we are passionate about providing the best possible service to our customers and partners.

We’re passionate about providing finance that suits the needs of customers who may not have the best credit score. Our commitment to achieving good customer outcomes has won various industry awards.  In the last 12 months we were awarded ‘Sub-Prime Lender of the Year’ and ‘Independent Finance Provider of the Year’ at the Motor Finance Europe Awards 2021; ‘Specialist Lender of the Year’ and ‘Vehicle Finance Provider of the Year’ at the National Credit Awards 2021; and the Feefo Platinum Award 2021 for customer experience.

Most recently we won ‘Responsible Lender of the Year’ at the Credit Awards 2022, reflecting our hard work, passion, and dedication to delivering the best possible product and experience for our customers and partners.
