How can I set up a Direct Debit Instruction?

Having a Direct Debit Instruction set up is part of your agreement terms and conditions and is the best way to make payments. It means you can pay automatically each month without needing to do anything.

To get a Direct Debit Instruction set up, please go to our My Moneybarn page here where you can download a copy of our Direct Debit mandate form.

Follow the instructions shown to complete the form and email your fully completed form to DDsetup@moneybarn.com. Please make sure your agreement number is used as the reference on the form and stated within the email.

Once we’ve set up your Direct Debit Instruction, we’ll confirm it’s in place and the collection date of the first automatic payment.

If you can’t set up a Direct Debit Instruction using one of the options shown on our My Moneybarn page, you can email us and we can arrange to call you to set up the Direct Debit

We may also reach out to you by phone, email or post to ask you to set up a Direct Debit Instruction if we can see you haven’t got one in place.
