If I’ve agreed a payment holiday, can I still clear my current arrears?

If you have an arrears balance on your agreement but you can afford to make full or partial payments against those arrears, then we’d encourage you to do that. That way you can get back up to date and reduce any impact on your credit score.

You can also make a manual debit card payment online.

You can also register for our My Moneybarn online portal if you haven’t already. You can make one off payments, set up and change dates of Direct Debit payments, view specific agreement information or send us a secure message all within the portal.
