Sadly, the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has provided an opportunity for cyber criminals to increase their activity, especially around companies that provide finance. If you receive an email that appears to be from us, then please note:

  • We will never ask for your bank account details by email.  Any request from us for those details will be prompted by you (you may wish to change your bank details with us). Please do not provide your account details to an unsolicited email.
  • We will NEVER request debit card details from you via email.
  • The best and only way to request a payment holiday with Moneybarn is by completing the payment holiday form located on our website.  Please do not respond or click links in any unsolicited email asking for details to set up a payment plan or payment holiday.

We want to support you during this difficult period so please take note of the above information and only communicate with us via our secure email channels or our secure customer portal.
