My income has been significantly reduced, what support can you offer me?

If you can afford to continue your vehicle finance payments, it’s in your best interest to do so. However, if you’ve been financially impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) then we want to help you.

If you’ve already had the maximum 6 months payment holiday support, then please get in touch with our Customer Services Team who will be able to offer you different forms of support depending on your personal circumstances.

If you are currently in a payment holiday and need further support with your payments, then we might be able to offer you a payment holiday extension of up to 3 months. Although please be aware we are unable to extend a payment holiday beyond 31 July 2021.

Although it’s an extension to a current payment holiday, we’ll still need to fully understand your current circumstances, as these may have changed in the last few months. As a payment holiday might not always be the best solution, we want to make sure it’s the best option for you based off your personal and financial circumstances.
