What are your pre-application criteria?

To meet our pre-application criteria you must:

  • Earn more than £1,000 (after tax)
  • Aged between 21 – 70
  • A full valid UK driving licence
  • Be able to provide documentation to prove your identity and address (typically a valid UK driving licence) and documentation (e.g. payslips) which proves your income.
  • You must also have a bank account that accepts Direct Debits and you need to live in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales (we don’t offer finance to people living in, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man).

Car finance

For us to finance a car, the vehicle must:

  • Be no older than 7 years at the beginning of the agreement
  • Not have a mileage of 120,000 or over
  • Only have a maximum of 3 previous owners
  • Have a trade value of at least £4,000

Van finance

For us to finance a van you must be able to pay a minimum deposit of £400 and the vehicle must:

  • Not be older than 7 years at the beginning of the agreement
  • Not have a mileage of 120,000 or over
  • Only have a maximum of 3 previous owners
  • Not be a base chassis van, minibus or a van that has had specialist body work, such as cherry pickers.

Motorbike finance

For us to finance a motorbike you must be able to pay a minimum deposit of £400 the vehicle must:

  • Have a minimum engine size of 125cc
  • Be no older than 12 years at the beginning of the agreement
