Finalists for 3 awards at Car Finance Awards

The Car Finance Awards is a prestigious event in the car finance industry, recognising the achievements of lenders, brokers and dealers. Moneybarn is delighted to have been named as a finalist in the ‘Best Company to Work for’ category, as well as 2 colleagues being named as finalists for a further 2 award categories. 

The ‘Best Company to Work for’ category recognises high staff retention rates and satisfaction levels. Moneybarn is dedicated to colleague training and development and is proud to offer colleagues opportunities to develop within the company and within our parent company, Vanquis Banking Group. Moneybarn’s focus on employee engagement is a key factor in being named as a finalist.

Sales Manager Naomi Eades has also been shortlisted for the ‘Best Relationship Manager’ award for her tireless support to help introducers and customers receive the best possible application and payout service. Naomi said, “I am honoured to have been put forward for Best Relationship Manager. I pride myself on the relationships I have built over the eight years of working within the Car Finance Industry. I’d like to thank all the Moneybarn team for helping assist me in maintaining these great relationships.”

Sam Baker, Head of Customer Strategy and Analytics has also been shortlisted for the ‘Rising Star’ award. Sam spearheads new customer strategies and processes that have revolutionised the way Moneybarn helps customers to access vehicle finance and the way we work with customers to ensure their agreement is suitable and easy to manage.  Sam said, “I’m humbled to have received an award nomination. I think it’s a great reflection on the work Moneybarn does to support customers.”
