I set up a payment holiday with you previously, but I think I now need to extend that further – how do I do that?

You can do this by submitting a payment holiday extension request here.

You’ll only be able to extend your payment holiday by 1 or 2 months, up to a maximum of 3 months.

When requesting a payment holiday extension, please make sure the holiday is for a length that suits your current circumstance.

All payment holiday extension requests will be confirmed within 7-10 working days.

Your extension to your current payment holiday will start again from your next payment.

We may not be able to stop your Direct Debit payment from being taken if it’s due in the next 10 days. In this instance, the payment holiday will start the following month. Don’t worry though, the payment holiday will still last for the time period you selected.
