I’m currently in a payment holiday, but I’d like to extend it. How can I do that?

You can do submit a payment holiday extension request using our payment holiday form.

In line with regulatory guidance, if you need further support following an initial 3 month payment holiday, we can offer up to a further 3 months (i.e. a total payment holiday of up to a maximum of 6 months).

Please carefully consider the length of payment holiday extension you need – any further payments you defer will be added to the end of your original agreement term and taken in monthly instalments at that point.
