How can I set up a Direct Debit Payment?

Having a Direct Debit payment set up is part of your agreement terms and conditions and is the best way to make payments. It means you can pay automatically each month without needing to do anything.

To get a Direct Debit payment set up, please go to your My Moneybarn account, where you are able to set up a and change the date of any Direct Debit payments you have for your Moneybarn agreement.

If you are unable to do this, you can go to our My Moneybarn page where you can download a copy of our Direct Debit mandate form.

Follow the instructions shown to complete the form and email your form to DDsetup@moneybarn.com. Please make sure your agreement number is used as the reference on the form and stated within the email.

Once we’ve set up your Direct Debit Instruction, we’ll confirm it’s in place and the collection date of the first automatic payment.

If you can’t set up a Direct Debit Instruction using one of the options shown on our My Moneybarn page, you can email us and we can arrange to call you to set up the Direct Debit
