Why have you declined my application? Where can I find out further details?

We specialise in providing finance to those who may have been declined finance elsewhere or have poor credit, but we can’t always provide finance to every customer.

If you don’t meet our specific pre-application criteria, we will tell you that.

If we decline you after completing a soft or full credit search, in most cases we won’t be able to confirm the specific reasons why we’ve declined an application but we will refer you to our credit reference agencies who can confirm further information for you.
