Customer Stories – Warren

I live in Devon with my wife and 2 amazing children, my daughter is 12 and my son is 9. My interests are quite varied, but I do enjoy reading up on history and science as well as taking part in kickboxing and occasionally playing the guitar. Told you they were varied!
I run my own business which specialises in textile cleaning and restoration, and without a van I couldn’t work. Prior to me getting my new van I was renting vans to get me to my different jobs. Unfortunately, my previous van had to be repossessed and I went through an IVA, which made getting finance very tricky, but luckily I found Moneybarn.Â
Moneybarn were able to finance me for a Transit Custom, which is a van I’ve wanted for a while. Having hired a lot of vans previously I’d driven a lot of different types including a VW transporter and Peugeots, but I found the Transit Custom the easiest to drive with the best visibility. I love my van and I think it’s very smart to the eye, even better it’s cheap to maintain.

I mainly use my vehicle for carrying the equipment needed to get from job to job and I’m constantly lifting kit in and out of the van. I see many customers each day and therefore it’s extremely important to me how my van looks, so that people see my business as a professional outfit. I think it adds to the customer service as well.
Since financing my van through Moneybarn I must say that the customer service has been the best! Everyone I’ve spoken to is very easy to talk to, and they made me feel like they were only there for me that day. Not in a rush, and really gave me their time to listen.
