About me

My name is Jazz, and I’m a domiciliary carer, which means I go door-to-door to care for people. I live in East Anglia with my fiancé (due to get married in August), two children (a girl and a boy) and my two cats, who are also brother and sister!

As a mum of two, I don’t have a lot of hobbies. Although I do enjoy knitting and going for walks in the nature reserve where I live. Oh… and I’ve recently held a tarantula and a snake, so that’s pretty interesting.

The search for vehicle finance

Due to my job as a carer, a car is super important in my day-to-day life. Without a car, I couldn’t work, I couldn’t get to my patients to help them, I couldn’t go anywhere. I needed to get a car, so I started looking for car finance.

I could have saved up for a few months, put some money into a pot to try and buy a car. But life gets hard, life gets difficult, you end up dipping into to it and you promise to replace it, but you never do. So, after some searching, I came across Moneybarn on Facebook, and since then it will now and always be the best decision I’ve ever made.

The search for vehicle finance

Due to my job as a carer, a car is super important in my day-to-day life. Without a car, I couldn’t work, I couldn’t get to my patients to help them, I couldn’t go anywhere. I needed to get a car, so I started looking for car finance.

I could have saved up for a few months, put some money into a pot to try and buy a car. But life gets hard, life gets difficult, you end up dipping into to it and you promise to replace it, but you never do. So, after some searching, I came across Moneybarn on Facebook, and since then it will now and always be the best decision I’ve ever made.

Becoming a Moneybarn customer

I reached out to Moneybarn and spoke to a gentleman on the phone. He was wonderful. He helped me, ran through the yes’s and no’s; he listened to everything I wanted – the style, the size, the age – and within half an hour, we stumbled across a beauty of a car. Within 6 hours of the initial phone call, we secured a vehicle, and within a week or so, everything was sorted.

All the online signing was easy, the forms were simple, and nothing was over the top. It was such an easy and smooth experience. I can’t fault the garage either; they went above and beyond to help us, alongside the rep from Moneybarn, who was phenomenal.

I needed a reliable car as I am always driving for work and one that’s good for kids and pets. I wanted a good, solid make of car, so I opted for a 5-door BMW with a leather interior (easy maintenance with the kids). It wasn’t just for the aesthetic but the added extras too, such as heated seats, electric windows and air conditioning. Plus, the one I found had low mileage! Now I’ve got a new car which doesn’t need fixing; it’s driveable, every day, straightaway. It’s incredible.

My experience so far with Moneybarn

My experience with Moneybarn has been wonderful. It’s professional, smooth, and easy. There weren’t any hoops to jump through in getting my car; the journey was very straightforward. I can’t express enough how easy this process was; it was beautiful.

The salesman I spoke to was brilliant, he was quick at responding, and he made it feel very personal. It felt like he was only there to deal with me and my needs. The communication was great, I never felt like I didn’t understand anything, and if I didn’t, I had the freedom to ask questions .

Alongside this, there was no pressure from anyone to decide instantly. Moneybarn took their time with me. The process was smooth, lovely and superb; from putting the application in, to getting a phone call, to later that day finding a car I wanted and securing the car financially, then shortly after picking up the car. Personally, there are no improvements you could make.

What’s changed for you after becoming a Moneybarn customer?

Thanks to the new car, I am not worried that I am going to break down on my way to work, or that the starter motor will break on a school run. All in all, I haven’t got the stress of my car breaking on me. I haven’t got to worry about getting my family from A to B; I can jump in a car and go. I had a wonderful one-on-one experience, and I would highly recommend Moneybarn to a multitude of different people.
