Why has Moneybarn been named as a finalist for these awards?

Being named as a finalist and a winner of a prestigious industry award is a symbol of achievement. Credit Awards has labelled the ‘Responsible Lender of the Year‘ category as a mark of a customer-centric approach to lending, which recognises transparent and supportive lenders. Moneybarn’s focus on assessing customer affordability is the key to being a responsible lender and the focus on achieving the best outcome for all customers is an important part of our business and culture. The ‘Best Company to Work for‘ category recognises high staff satisfaction and engagement levels, and a commitment to staff training and development.

Contact Centre Team Leader named as 'Rising Star' finalist

Congratulations to Contact Centre Team, Leader Liberty Garrett, who has been named as a finalist in the ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category after an incredible journey during her first two years at Moneybarn. Liberty was nominated for her approach and consideration of customers, and her commitment to colleagues, as well as for her commitment to improving the service that Moneybarn can provide.

This year’s Credit Awards ceremony is being held at the prestigious Grosvenor House, London, on 29 June. Moneybarn was a finalist for another three categories at the Credit Awards 2021, so we have our fingers firmly crossed for this year.
