How to change my Direct Debit collection date?

Setting up a Direct Debit is a great way of making sure all your payments are made on time, plus it allows you to know when money is going to be coming out of your bank account. However, it’s equally important to make sure that the Direct Debit date works for you.

If you’d like to change your Direct Debit date to help you to better manage your payments, then please be aware that dependent on what date you change it to, you could end up paying 2 vehicle finance payments in 1 month. So please make sure this won’t impact you negatively before making this change. Check out the video at the bottom of the page to understand how your payment date works.

To change your monthly Direct Debit payments, please choose from one of the following options:

You can change the date of any Direct Debit payments under your agreement via your My Moneybarn account. Your My Moneybarn account is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
