How can I make an additional payment?

Any additional payments that is not your normal monthly payment or a payment of arrears must be done by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0330 555 1230.

We will be able to talk you through how that process works and the payment methods available.

Any additional payment amount over £50 is referred to as a partial early settlement.
