We hope you won’t have any problems with the vehicle you’ve chosen, but if you do end up with an issue with the vehicle, we want you to feel supported.
If you discover an issue early in the agreement, we’d advise you to speak directly with the vehicle supplier that you purchased the vehicle from. They should be able to help you investigate and resolve the issue.
If you need us to assist you and/or contact the vehicle supplier on your behalf – please call our Customer Services Team and they’ll be able to explain what to do next.
If issues develop further into the agreement, then it’s your responsibility to look into and pay for any repairs needed to the vehicle in the normal way. This includes MOTs, regular servicing as well as any issues that crop up through wear and tear of the vehicle.
