We hope you won’t have any problems with your financed vehicle, but if you do end up with issues, we want you to feel supported.
If you discover an issue early in your agreement, we’d advise you to reach out to the vehicle supplier directly. They should be able to help you investigate and resolve the issue. We can assist you and/or reach out to the vehicle supplier on your behalf, just call our Customer Services Team who will be able to explain the next steps.
If issues develop further into the agreement, then it’s your responsibility to investigate, and pay for any repairs. This includes MOTs, regular servicing, as well as, any issues that crop up through wear and tear of the vehicle.
If you believe our service has been unsatisfactory or if there’s an issue with your financed vehicle, then we’d like to know. To raise a complaint about your faulty vehicle, please follow our complaints process. We’ll reach out to the finance broker, and/or vehicle dealership to begin investigating the complaint.
